The Community Impact Team assists RidgeCrest members in engaging Madison and the surrounding areas by providing resources, training, publicity, and funding for various projects and events. 

One example includes participation in Shine 2011 on Saturday, March 5 in which RidgeCrest will partner with churches across the Jackson metro area on a number of service projects including school partnerships, construction, feeding, and sports-related ministry.
